anti aging ingredients Whatever your age, there should be two guiding principles in your daily skincare: increase the moisture content and protect skin’s barrier function. As long as cells are hydrated and fit tightly together, the barrier function is assured. Genetic aging inevitably happens and its visible signs call for supplementary care and special anti-aging ingredients. Whatever anti-aging cream you buy, make sure you know what specific aging issues you’re trying to combat and learn about the most effective ingredients “for the job”.
But keep in mind: that this way you are addressing only the consequences rather than the real cause of aging. Here’s a generic guide of what you need for specific skin aging problems:

Age spots, pigmentation: lightening agents, exfoliators
Large pores & breakouts: toning and astringent ingredients, anti-inflammatories, antoxidants, hydrators
Fine lines & wrinkles: exfoliators, hydrators, collagen, coenzyme Q-10
